Frank F. Colburn - Managing Director,
Frank attended Stanford University and the University of Colorado where he earned a B.S. (ME). He also has post-graduate Business Administration education at the University of Colorado and Tulsa University.
After 5 years service as a Naval Aviator in Southeast Asia flying over 150 missions along the Chinese coast in support of the Taiwan Patrol Force, Frank spent 12 years in aerospace and airline engineering. He then entered the commercial insurance business and has over 30 years experience as agent, agency owner and commercial broker. He is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
Frank holds a commercial multi-engine pilot’s license and is a certified flight instructor. He is an active Episcopal layman on the local and state level and has served as Chairman of the Board of the American Heart Association’s Tulsa and Oklahoma State Affiliates. He has served as a Distinguished Past President of Kiwanis and as Director of several Miss Oklahoma Pageants.
Frank resides on Grand Lake O’ the Cherokees in Northeastern Oklahoma and continues to be active in community affairs serving as Vice Chairman of an Emergency Medical Services District. He and his wife, Charlotte, have three children and nine grandchildren.
